Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COPS7A is a member of the COP9 signalosome (CSN) complex, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell cycle regulation, and gene expression. The CSN complex is composed of eight subunits, among which COPS7A is known for its deubiquitinating activity, critical for maintaining protein homeostasis and regulating signal transduction pathways. Research in recent years has highlighted the importance of COPS7A in various diseases, particularly cancer, where dysregulation of the CSN complex can lead to aberrant protein accumulation and tumorigenesis. Furthermore, studies have indicated that COPS7A may influence the stability of key oncogenes and tumor suppressors, thereby impacting cancer progression. Understanding the functional mechanisms of COPS7A, including its interactions with other cellular proteins and its role in the CSN complex, could provide valuable insights into targeted therapeutic strategies. The recombinant expression of COPS7A enables researchers to study its biochemical properties, structural characteristics, and potential interactions, facilitating the advancement of knowledge in cancer biology and therapeutic development. In summary, the research on COPS7A recombinant protein is pivotal for elucidating its role in cellular signaling pathways and its implications in cancer, paving the way for potential innovations in targeted cancer therapies.
