Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the PKI-beta (Protein Kinase Inhibitor beta) recombinant protein has garnered significant attention due to its critical role in regulatory pathways that govern cellular functions, especially in the context of signal transduction and metabolism. PKI-beta functions as a potent inhibitor of protein kinase A (PKA), a vital enzyme involved in various physiological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of PKA activity has been implicated in various pathologies, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. Research on PKI-beta not only aims to elucidate its structural and functional characteristics but also seeks to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant production of PKI-beta allows for detailed studies on its interactions with PKA and other signaling molecules, facilitating the discovery of novel inhibitors or modulators. Understanding the precise mechanisms by which PKI-beta regulates PKA activity can provide insights into the development of innovative treatment strategies and biomolecular tools for disease management. Moreover, advancements in recombinant protein technology can enhance the yield and purity of PKI-beta, enabling more comprehensive functional analyses. Consequently, the exploration of PKI-beta recombinant proteins is pivotal in expanding our knowledge of cellular signaling networks and improving therapeutic interventions in diseases associated with PKA dysregulation.
