稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCHP, or T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 1, is a novel protein that has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in immune regulation and disease pathogenesis. Initially identified as a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, TCHP is characterized by its unique structure that combines immunoglobulin-like domains with mucin-like domains, suggesting a role in both immune recognition and cell signaling. Research has indicated that TCHP may be involved in modulating T cell responses, influencing the severity of various autoimmune diseases and cancers. Studies have shown that TCHP expression levels can vary significantly in different tissues and under various pathological conditions, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for disease progression or therapeutic response. Furthermore, investigations into the signaling pathways associated with TCHP suggest that it may engage in complex interactions with other immune molecules, which could lead to novel therapeutic strategies aimed at harnessing or inhibiting its function. As a result, the study of TCHP and its recombinant protein forms has become a focal point in immunological research, aiming to elucidate its precise roles and potential applications in immunotherapy and personalized medicine.
