稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD8a, a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of cytotoxic T cells, plays a critical role in the immune response by facilitating the recognition of antigens presented by Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) class I molecules. This interaction is essential for the cytotoxic activity of CD8+ T cells against infected or malignant cells. In recent years, the study of CD8a recombinant proteins has gained traction due to their potential applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development. By engineering CD8a for use in research, scientists aim to enhance our understanding of T cell biology and improve techniques for targeting specific diseases, including cancer and viral infections. The ability to produce CD8a in a recombinant form allows for detailed studies of its structure and function, as well as the possibility of using it in combination with other immunotherapeutic agents to enhance T cell responses. Additionally, recombinant CD8a has the potential to serve as a tool for the isolation and expansion of cytotoxic T lymphocytes in laboratory settings, further advancing personalized medicine approaches. Overall, the exploration of CD8a recombinant proteins represents a promising frontier in the field of immunology, with implications for designing more effective therapeutic strategies against a range of diseases.
