简介
IL1RAPL1 protein inhibits N-type calcium channels, regulates secretion, and activates JNK signaling. It promotes neurite growth and bidirectionally induces presynaptic and postsynaptic differentiation by binding to PTPRD during dendritic spine formation. IL1RAPL1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived IL1RAPL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

Biological Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Human PTPRD is immobilized at 1 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Recombinant Mouse IL1RAPL1. The ED50 for this effect is 20.36 ng/mL. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL1RAPL1 (Interleukin 1 Receptor Accessory Protein-Like 1) is a protein that plays a crucial role in the immune system and neuronal function. Its gene is located on the X chromosome, and mutations in IL1RAPL1 have been associated with various neurodevelopmental disorders, including intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. Given its significance in synaptic development and function, IL1RAPL1 has become a key focus for researchers aiming to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions. The study of recombinant IL1RAPL1 protein is essential for elucidating its structure-function relationship, which can lead to potential therapeutic approaches. Furthermore, recombinant proteins like IL1RAPL1 can be used in functional assays, allowing scientists to investigate its interactions with other proteins and its effects on cellular signaling pathways. As research progresses, understanding the role of IL1RAPL1 in both normal physiology and pathological conditions may provide insights into novel interventions for neurodevelopmental disorders, highlighting the importance of this protein in both basic and translational research.
