稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The PANP/C12orf53 recombinant protein is of significant interest in the field of molecular biology and genetic research due to its potential role in various cellular processes and disease mechanisms. PANP, also known as poly(A)-specific ribonuclease-associated protein, is involved in RNA metabolism, particularly in the regulation of mRNA stability and degradation. C12orf53, on the other hand, is a poorly characterized protein that has been implicated in cellular functions such as signal transduction and stress response. Studies have indicated that alterations in the expression levels of PANP/C12orf53 may be linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. The generation of recombinant PANP/C12orf53 protein allows for detailed functional assays to elucidate its biological roles and interactions with other cellular components. Understanding the structure and function of this protein could provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying various diseases, potentially leading to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Experimental approaches involving the recombinant expression of PANP/C12orf53, followed by purification and characterization, have become crucial for advancing our knowledge in this area. Additionally, investigating the post-translational modifications and interaction partners of PANP/C12orf53 will further clarify its function in cellular contexts, making it a promising subject for ongoing research in cell biology and biomedicine.
