Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Aldolase C, an enzyme belonging to the aldolase family, plays a crucial role in carbohydrate metabolism, specifically in the glycolytic and gluconeogenic pathways. It regulates the interconversion of fructose 1,6-bisphosphate and dihydroxyacetone phosphate, critical intermediates in energy production. The expression of Aldolase C is predominantly observed in the brain and muscle tissues, indicating its importance in energy homeostasis and neuronal functions. Recent studies have highlighted the potential implications of Aldolase C in various neurological disorders, suggesting that its dysregulation may contribute to diseases such as Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative conditions. The generation of recombinant Aldolase C protein is vital for elucidating its structural and functional properties, thereby facilitating a better understanding of its biological role. By employing various expression systems, researchers can produce high-purity recombinant Aldolase C, enabling biochemical assays and structural analysis. This research not only advances the fundamental understanding of metabolic pathways but also opens avenues for therapeutic interventions targeting Aldolase C in neuropathological contexts. Given the increasing interest in metabolic enzymes as potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets, the study of recombinant Aldolase C has significant implications for both basic research and clinical applications. Thus, the ongoing exploration of Aldolase C through recombinant technology is an essential endeavor in the field of metabolic and neurological research.
