简介
MAB21L2 protein, encoded by the MAB21L2 gene, is similar to the C. elegans MAB-21 gene, involved in neural fate determination. It is primarily found in the nucleus and occasionally in the cytoplasm, potentially playing a role in neural development. MAB21L2 Protein, Human (His-ZZ) is the recombinant human-derived MAB21L2 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAB21L2 is a member of the MAB21 family of proteins, which are known to be involved in essential developmental processes and patterning during embryogenesis. Previous studies have highlighted that MAB21L2 plays a crucial role in the development of various organ systems, particularly in the central nervous system and skeletal formation. Mutations in the MAB21L2 gene have been linked to congenital conditions, underscoring its significance in human development and potential implications in genetic disorders. Given its critical functions, researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing the full range of MAB21L2's biochemical properties, including its role in cellular signaling pathways and interactions with other proteins. The production of recombinant MAB21L2 protein is essential for in-depth functional studies, structural analyses, and understanding its molecular mechanisms. Such research not only aims to elucidate its biological roles but also offers insights into potential therapeutic targets for conditions associated with MAB21L2 dysregulation. The ongoing investigation into MAB21L2's functions will contribute to the broader knowledge of developmental biology and may pave the way for advances in regenerative medicine and treatment strategies.
