稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ILKAP (Integrin-Linked Kinase-Associated Protein) and PP2C (Protein Phosphatase 2C) delta are critical components in cellular signaling pathways that regulate various physiological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. Research on ILKAP/PP2C delta recombinant proteins has gained attention due to their potential implications in cancer biology and other diseases. ILKAP serves as a scaffolding protein that interacts with integrins and various signaling molecules, while PP2C delta functions as a phosphatase involved in dephosphorylating serine and threonine residues, thereby modulating kinase signaling pathways. The dysregulation of these proteins has been associated with enhanced tumor progression and metastasis, making their study vital for understanding tumor biology. Moreover, recombinant forms of these proteins enable researchers to investigate their functional roles, interaction networks, and regulatory mechanisms in a controlled environment. This can lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers for cancer treatment. Thus, the study of ILKAP/PP2C delta recombinant proteins presents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of cellular processes and developing innovative strategies for combating malignancies.
