稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB7A is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which play crucial roles in intracellular membrane trafficking, endocytosis, and lysosomal function. As a key regulator of late endosomal and lysosomal transport, RAB7A is involved in various cellular processes, including the regulation of autophagy, cytokine secretion, and the degradation of misfolded proteins. Dysregulation of RAB7A has been linked to several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancers, as it influences the normal functioning and maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Studies have shown that RAB7A interacts with multiple effector proteins, facilitating vesicle movement and fusion events essential for organelle communication. Given its significance in various biological pathways, RAB7A has emerged as a potential therapeutic target. Researchers are increasingly focusing on recombinant RAB7A protein to explore its functional properties, interactions, and modifications, providing insights into its role in health and disease. Characterizing the recombinant protein aids in understanding molecular mechanisms underlying RAB7A's involvement in cellular processes and can contribute to the development of targeted interventions for related diseases.
