Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The NUDC (Nuclear Distribution Center) protein has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its crucial role in cellular processes such as mitosis, cell migration, and neural development. It acts as a microtubule-associated protein that is involved in the proper localization of cell components during division and is essential for the organization of the mitotic spindle. Dysregulation of NUDC has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurodevelopmental disorders. As a research focus, the characterization of NUDC in its recombinant form allows for a more detailed understanding of its structure-function relationships and interaction dynamics. Studies aimed at producing and purifying recombinant NUDC enable exploration of its biochemical properties and the elucidation of its molecular mechanisms. This research is pivotal to developing targeted therapies that may mitigate the pathological effects of NUDC dysregulation, providing potential avenues for treatment in conditions where NUDC plays a critical role in disease pathogenesis. Additionally, the insights gained from recombinant NUDC studies can enhance our understanding of related proteins and pathways, ultimately contributing to the broader field of cell biology and therapeutic development.
