简介
14-3-3 epsilon proteins are adapter proteins in various signaling pathways that bind to phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motifs to regulate chaperone activity. It positively regulates HSF1 nuclear export to the cytoplasm, forming homo- and heterodimers with YWHAZ.14-3-3 epsilon Protein, Mouse (His) is the recombinant mouse-derived 14-3-3 epsilon protein, expressed by E.coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
14-3-3 epsilon is a member of the 14-3-3 protein family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell division, and protein phosphorylation. These proteins are highly conserved across species and are known to interact with a wide range of client proteins, influencing their stability, localization, and activity. Research into 14-3-3 epsilon is gaining momentum due to its involvement in critical biological pathways and its potential role in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Studies have shown that 14-3-3 epsilon can modulate important signaling cascades, including those related to the AKT and MAPK pathways, highlighting its relevance in cell survival and proliferation. Moreover, dysregulation of 14-3-3 epsilon has been implicated in the progression of various tumors, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Understanding the structural and functional mechanisms of 14-3-3 epsilon might provide insights into its biological functions and how it can be manipulated in disease contexts. As such, ongoing research aims to uncover the nuances of its interactions and regulatory roles, with the hope of contributing to the development of novel treatments that harness the protein's function in cellular regulation. This includes elucidating its post-translational modifications, interaction partners, and the effects of these interactions on cellular homeostasis.
