简介
The TSTA3 protein plays a key role in catalyzing the two-step NADP-dependent conversion of GDP-4-dehydro-6-deoxy-D-mannose to GDP-fucose. The process involves successive epimerase and reductase reactions, ultimately leading to the biosynthesis of GDP-fucose. TSTA3 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived TSTA3 protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-6*His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSTA3, a member of the tumor-specific transplantation antigen 3 (TSTA3) family, has garnered significant attention due to its potential implications in cancer immunotherapy and vaccine development. Initially identified as a protein expressed in various tumor tissues, TSTA3 plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses. Research has shown that it may serve as a target for T-cell mediated responses, which are pivotal for the destruction of cancer cells. The study of TSTA3 reconstituted proteins aims to elucidate its three-dimensional structure and functional dynamics, enabling scientists to understand its interaction with immune cells better. Additionally, recombinant TSTA3 proteins can be utilized in vaccine formulations to enhance the immune system's recognition of tumors, presenting a promising avenue for novel therapeutic strategies. The investigation into TSTA3's biological activity and its potential as a biomarker for tumor progression further emphasizes its relevance in precision medicine. As researchers continue to explore the mechanisms behind TSTA3, insights gained could be transformative for developing effective treatments for cancer, particularly in harnessing the body's immune defenses to target and eradicate malignant cells more efficiently.
