The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • 保存条件 & 期限

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • 运输条件

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

FKBP14, a member of the FK506-binding protein family, plays a crucial role in the regulation of protein folding and is implicated in various physiological processes, including stress responses and cell signaling. Research on FKBP14 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in human diseases, particularly in the context of myopathies and collagen-related disorders. Mutations in the FKBP14 gene have been associated with conditions like myopathy with early respiratory failure and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The study of FKBP14 recombinant protein is vital for understanding its structure-function relationship and the molecular mechanisms underlying its role in disease. Producing FKBP14 as a recombinant protein enables researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, this research can facilitate the development of novel therapeutic approaches for disorders associated with FKBP14 dysfunction, contributing to advancements in precision medicine and targeted therapies. Overall, investigating FKBP14 recombinant protein enhances our understanding of its biological significance and opens new avenues for therapeutic innovations.
