Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cyclic peptides represent a unique subclass of peptides known for their stable and diverse structures, which have garnered significant attention in various fields, including drug discovery and molecular biology. The study of CPE (cyclic peptide engineered) recombinant proteins has emerged as a promising area due to their ability to exhibit high specificity and affinity for target proteins, making them valuable tools for therapeutic applications. This research background is anchored in the need for novel agents that can effectively interact with biomolecules linked to diseases, such as cancer and bacterial infections. Moreover, advancements in genetic engineering techniques have enhanced the production and modification of these cyclic peptides, enabling scientists to tailor their properties for improved bioactivity. As a result, CPE recombinant proteins are being investigated for their potential to overcome the limitations of traditional small molecule drugs, such as poor bioavailability and off-target effects. The exploration of their mechanism of action, stability, and delivery methods is critical for advancing their use in clinical settings, which underscores the importance of continued research in this innovative area of peptide science and therapeutics.
