Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CEBP gamma (CEBPG) is a member of the CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein (C/EBP) family, which plays a critical role in regulating gene expression, especially during processes like liver development, adipogenesis, and immune response. CEBPG is particularly interesting due to its ability to form heterodimers with other C/EBP proteins, enhancing transcriptional activity and modulating cellular functions. Research has shown that CEBPG is involved in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer progression and metabolic disorders, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Recombinant CEBPG protein has been utilized in studies to elucidate its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to investigate its interaction with DNA and other proteins. The expression and purification of recombinant CEBPG have facilitated the exploration of its role in gene regulation and cellular signaling pathways, providing insights into how alterations in this protein might contribute to disease. Understanding CEBPG's mechanisms at the molecular level is essential for developing strategies to manipulate its function for potential clinical applications, thereby highlighting the significance of this research in both basic and applied biology.
