Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the recombinant protein HLA-DRA1*01:01 & HLA-DRB1*04:01 & GAD65 (NFFRMVISNPAAT) is grounded in the field of immunology and its relevance to autoimmune diseases, particularly Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). HLA-DR molecules play a critical role in presenting antigens to T cells, thus influencing immune responses. The specific alleles, HLA-DRA1*01:01 and HLA-DRB1*04:01, have been associated with increased susceptibility to T1D, highlighting their significance in disease pathogenesis. GAD65 is a neuronal autoantigen that triggers autoimmune responses in T1D patients. The peptide sequence NFFRMVISNPAAT derived from GAD65 is known to interact with the aforementioned HLA-DR haplotypes, making the study of this monomeric recombinant protein crucial for understanding the molecular mechanisms that mediate T cell activation in T1D. Investigating this protein can help elucidate how specific antigen presentation results in autoimmunity and may pave the way for new therapeutic strategies targeting HLA-restricted T cell responses. Furthermore, it enables researchers to explore potential biomarkers for early diagnosis and personalized treatment options in autoimmune disorders, contributing significantly to the field of precision medicine.
