Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-C*03:04 and β2-microglobulin (B2M) monomer recombinant proteins play a crucial role in the study of the human immune system, particularly in the context of antigen presentation and immune response regulation. HLA-C is a class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule that presents endogenous peptides to CD8+ T cells, functioning as a key component in the immune recognition of infected or malignant cells. Variants of HLA-C, such as HLA-C*03:04, are associated with different susceptibilities to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and infections. The B2M protein is essential for the stable expression and functioning of MHC class I molecules on the cell surface, making it indispensable in the study of HLA-C biology. Understanding the interaction between HLA-C*03:04 and B2M through recombinant protein studies provides valuable insights into their structural characteristics, binding efficiency with peptides, and overall role in immune regulation. This research has implications for developing therapeutic strategies, including vaccines and immunotherapies, as it enhances our understanding of how individual genetic variations in HLA molecules can influence immune responses in different populations. Overall, the study of HLA-C*03:04 and B2M monomer recombinant proteins represents a significant step towards unraveling the complexities of the immune system and its impact on health and disease.
