Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*24:02 is a prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecule that plays a crucial role in the immune response by presenting peptides derived from intracellular proteins to CD8+ T cells. Its association with various diseases, particularly in the context of viral infections and cancer, highlights the importance of understanding its peptide-binding properties. Among the peptides recognized by HLA-A*24:02, the Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) encoded EBNA3B (Epstein-Barr Nuclear Antigen 3B) peptide TYSAGIVQI has garnered significant attention due to its immunogenic potential in EBV-associated malignancies. By producing a recombinant monomer of HLA-A*24:02 complexed with β2-microglobulin (B2M) and the EBNA3B peptide, researchers aim to gain insights into the structural and functional aspects of this specific antigen presentation. This monomer can be utilized to investigate T cell receptor interactions, evaluate the efficacy of T cell responses, and facilitate the development of immunotherapies targeting EBV-related diseases. Understanding the intricate dynamics between HLA-A*24:02 and its associated peptide may provide valuable information for the design of vaccines and therapeutic strategies that leverage the immune system's ability to recognize and combat malignancies associated with EBV.
