稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPS6KA4, also known as p90 ribosomal protein S6 kinase, is a member of the ribosomal S6 kinase family and plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, proliferation, and survival. This protein is involved in the signaling pathways activated by insulin and growth factors, particularly through the mTOR (mechanistic target of rapamycin) pathway. Dysregulation of RPS6KA4 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, neurological disorders, and metabolic syndromes. The study of recombinant RPS6KA4 protein has gained attention because it offers insights into its structure-function relationship and potential therapeutic applications. By producing this protein in a recombinant form, researchers can investigate its enzymatic activity, interaction with substrates and other proteins, and its role in cellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, recombinant RPS6KA4 can serve as a valuable tool for drug screening and developing therapeutics aimed at modulating its activity in pathological conditions. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of RPS6KA4 not only enhances our knowledge of basic cellular biology but also opens avenues for novel treatments targeting diseases associated with its dysfunction. Thus, the study of RPS6KA4 recombinant protein is essential for both basic research and clinical applications.
