稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*03:01 molecule, a member of the human major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I family, plays a critical role in the immune response by presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells. The incorporation of β2-microglobulin (B2M) is essential for the stability and proper functioning of the HLA-A*03:01 protein, enabling it to effectively present endogenous antigens, including those originating from tumor cells. The gp100 protein, particularly the variant with the peptide sequence ALLAVGATK, is a melanoma-associated antigen that has been identified as a target for immunotherapy due to its potential to elicit strong anti-tumor T cell responses. Consequently, the development and characterization of a recombinant monomeric form of HLA-A*03:01 in complex with B2M and the gp100 peptide offer significant insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying T cell recognition and activation. This study not only enhances our understanding of the structural basis for peptide-MHC interactions but also paves the way for innovative therapeutic strategies in cancer immunotherapy, particularly for patients with melanoma expressing the HLA-A*03:01 allele. By elucidating the specific binding characteristics and stability of this complex, researchers can better inform vaccine design and adoptive T cell therapies aimed at boosting anti-tumor immunity.
