Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*02:01 is a widely studied major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecule that plays a crucial role in the immune response by presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells. Its interaction with beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) is essential for the stability and proper functioning of the HLA-A*02:01 complex. Survivin, a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP) family, is overexpressed in various cancers and is associated with tumor progression and resistance to therapy. The peptide LTLGEFLKL derived from Survivin is recognized by HLA-A*02:01, making it a potential target for T cell-based immunotherapies. Research into the recombinant protein consisting of HLA-A*02:01, B2M, and the Survivin peptide LTLGEFLKL aims to better understand the structural and functional aspects of this complex. By characterizing this monomeric protein, scientists can explore its potential as a model for vaccine development and as a tool for studying T cell activation and response in cancer immunotherapy. This research has significant implications for developing personalized treatments aimed at enhancing the immune system's ability to target and destroy cancer cells.
