简介
LCP1 Protein, an actin-binding regulator, plays a crucial role in T-cell activation, responding to costimulation signals through TCR/CD3 and CD2 or CD28. It modulates the cell surface expression of IL2RA/CD25 and CD69 and interacts with AIF1 and actin. LCP1's involvement in immune responses and T-cell activation underscores its significance in cellular processes. LCP1 Protein, Human (P.pastoris, His) is the recombinant human-derived LCP1 protein, expressed by P. pastoris , with N-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LCP1, or Lymphocyte Cytosolic Protein 1, is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, cytoskeletal organization, and immune responses. Research into LCP1 has gained significance due to its potential implications in understanding immune system function and various diseases, such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. Previous studies have highlighted LCP1's role in regulating T cell activation and its interaction with actin filaments, which are essential for cell motility and shape. Furthermore, abnormalities in LCP1 expression or function may contribute to the dysregulation of immune responses, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. The development of recombinant LCP1 protein through molecular cloning and expression systems allows for in-depth studies of its biochemical properties, interactions, and role in cellular pathways. This research not only enhances our understanding of LCP1's function in the immune system but also paves the way for potential clinical applications, including the design of novel treatments aimed at modulating immune responses. Thus, the study of LCP1 recombinant protein serves as a bridge between basic immunology research and practical therapeutic strategies.
