Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*02:01 allele is one of the most prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecules, playing a crucial role in the immune response by presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells. Its ability to bind a diverse array of peptides makes it a significant focus in immunology and vaccine development. Additionally, beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) is essential for the stable expression of HLA class I molecules on cell surfaces, thus contributing to their functionality. The study of monomeric HLA-A*02:01/B2M complexes, particularly those presenting specific epitopes such as the peptide EW (QLQNPSYDK), is critical for understanding T cell recognition and the immune response to various pathogens and tumors. Research on these recombinant proteins aids in elucidating the structural and functional dynamics of antigen presentation, providing insights applicable in cancer immunotherapy and vaccine design. By generating stable monomeric forms of this complex, scientists can perform detailed biochemical and biophysical characterizations, facilitating the identification of optimal T cell epitopes and improving immunotherapeutic strategies. This work ultimately contributes to enhancing the efficacy of T cell-based treatments and understanding the mechanisms of immune evasion employed by tumors and pathogens.
