Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a crucial cytokine involved in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in T-cell proliferation and differentiation. The receptor for IL-2 consists of three subunits: IL-2Rα (CD25), IL-2Rβ (CD122), and IL-2Rγ (CD132), with IL-2Rβ (IL-2RB) and IL-2Rγ (IL-2RG) being essential for high-affinity binding and signaling. Research on recombinant forms of IL-2RB and IL-2RG has gained importance due to their roles in various immune-related disorders and therapeutic applications, including cancer immunotherapy and treatment of autoimmune diseases. Understanding the structure, function, and signaling pathways of these receptor components can provide insights into their involvement in disease mechanisms and potential as therapeutic targets. Moreover, recombinant proteins of IL-2RB and IL-2RG can be used to study receptor dynamics, facilitate drug development, and enhance the efficacy of IL-2-based therapies. As scientists explore the complexities of the IL-2 signaling pathway, the development of these recombinant proteins may lead to innovative strategies for modulating immune responses and improving clinical outcomes in patients with immune deficiencies or malignancies.
