简介
Interleukin 10 receptor beta (IL-10Rβ) is an important component of the interleukin 10 (IL-10), IL-22 and IL-24 receptor complex and plays a central role in mediating multiple signaling pathways effect. As part of the IL-10 receptor, IL-10Rβ forms a functional heterodimer with IL-10Rα and initiates IL-10 signaling through the JAK/STAT pathway. IL-22R alpha 1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived IL-22R alpha 1 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-22R alpha 1, a critical receptor component for interleukin-22 (IL-22), plays a significant role in mediating immune responses and tissue homeostasis. IL-22, produced primarily by T-helper 17 (Th17) cells, is known for its protective functions in epithelial tissues, where it promotes cell proliferation, enhances barrier function, and supports tissue repair. The interaction between IL-22 and its receptor, IL-22R alpha 1, is crucial in various physiological and pathological contexts, including infections, autoimmune diseases, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Research on IL-22R alpha 1 recombinant protein aims to better understand its structural properties and signaling mechanisms, which could provide insights into developing therapeutic strategies targeting IL-22 signaling pathways. By generating and characterizing IL-22R alpha 1 recombinant protein, scientists can explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in diseases linked to dysregulated IL-22 signaling. Furthermore, studying this receptor's role in orchestrating immune responses highlights its potential impact on therapeutic approaches for inflammatory diseases, making IL-22R alpha 1 a promising focus for further research and drug development.
