稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AURC (Aurora kinase C) is a member of the Aurora kinase family, which plays a critical role in cell division and mitotic regulation. The study of AURC recombinant proteins has garnered significant attention due to their potential implications in cancer biology and therapeutic development. Aurora kinases, including AURC, are implicated in various cellular processes such as chromosome alignment, segregation, and cytokinesis. Dysregulation of these kinases has been associated with multiple malignancies, making them attractive targets for cancer treatment. The generation of recombinant AURC proteins allows researchers to delve deeper into its functional mechanisms, interaction with other proteins, and regulatory pathways. Moreover, understanding the structural characteristics of AURC can facilitate the design of specific inhibitors that may prevent its activity in tumor cells. The recombinant technology used in producing AURC provides a platform for functional assays, protein-protein interaction studies, and high-throughput screening of potential drug candidates. As such, AURC research not only enhances our comprehension of cancer biology but also holds promise for advancing targeted therapeutic strategies in oncology.
