稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-2 receptors (IL-2Rs) comprise three main subunits: IL-2R alpha (CD25), IL-2R beta (CD122), and IL-2R gamma (CD132). These receptors are pivotal in regulating the immune response, particularly in T cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation. The IL-2/IL-2R signaling pathway plays a crucial role in the development of T cells, as well as in the modulation of immune responses in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases. Research on recombinant forms of IL-2R subunits is of great significance, as they can be utilized to better understand the complexities of immune regulation and therapeutic applications. Recombinant IL-2R proteins facilitate the study of receptor interactions, signaling mechanisms, and may serve as potential targets for immunotherapy. Furthermore, understanding the roles of each receptor subunit helps in developing selective agonists or antagonists aimed at enhancing or dampening immune responses, which is essential for designing effective treatments in both oncology and chronic inflammatory conditions. Thus, the investigation of IL-2R beta, alpha, and gamma recombinant proteins provides valuable insights into immune functionality and represents a promising area of research in immunology and therapeutic intervention.
