简介
CSK protein is a non-receptor tyrosine protein kinase that regulates cell growth, differentiation, migration and immune responses by phosphorylating Src family kinases (SFK) (such as LCK, SRC, HCK, FYN, LYN, CSK or YES1) . This phosphorylation induces SFK to form an inactive conformation, thereby inhibiting signaling by receptors such as T cell receptor (TCR) and B cell receptor (BCR). CSK Protein, Mouse (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant mouse-derived CSK protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
