  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

H2-D1 is a crucial component of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules, playing a significant role in the immune response by presenting peptides to CD8+ T cells. The study of H2-D1 recombinant proteins has gained traction due to their relevance in understanding immune disorders, vaccine development, and antigen presentation mechanisms. As an important player in the recognition of self versus non-self, H2-D1 contributes to the regulation of adaptive immunity and is implicated in autoimmune diseases and transplant rejection. Researchers have focused on characterizing the structural and functional properties of H2-D1 to elucidate how it interacts with T cell receptors and influences T cell activation. Recombination techniques have allowed for the production of purified H2-D1 proteins, enabling in-depth studies of their behavior in various immunological contexts. These studies aim to provide insights into how variations in H2-D1 expression and function can affect individual susceptibility to diseases and response to therapies. Overall, the investigation of H2-D1 recombinant proteins is pivotal for advancing our understanding of immunological processes and developing innovative therapeutic strategies.
