简介
HLA-DRB1 protein, as the beta chain of MHCII, guides T cell recognition, orchestrates immune responses against pathogens and tumors, and adapts its antigen presentation in the tumor microenvironment, ensuring a diverse role in immune responses and tolerance mechanisms, notably influenced by specific alleles like DRB1*01:01. HLA-DRB1 Protein, Human (Myc, His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived HLA-DRB1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His, C-Myc, N-SUMO labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-DRB1, a crucial gene in the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system, encodes a part of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecule, which plays a vital role in the immune response by presenting peptides to CD4+ T cells. Variations and polymorphisms in the HLA-DRB1 gene are associated with susceptibility to various autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and type 1 diabetes, making it a significant focus of research in immunology and genetics. The recombinant protein of HLA-DRB1 serves as a valuable tool for studying the structural and functional aspects of this molecule, understanding its interaction with different peptides, and elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying immune responses. Moreover, the expression of recombinant HLA-DRB1 can facilitate the development of therapeutic strategies, including vaccine design and immunotherapies, by providing insights into how variations in this gene influence disease risk and progression. Through advanced techniques such as recombinant DNA technology and protein engineering, researchers aim to produce high-quality HLA-DRB1 proteins for detailed analysis, which can ultimately contribute to personalized medicine approaches in treating autoimmune conditions and improving transplant outcomes. Thus, the study of HLA-DRB1 recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of basic immunological processes but also holds promise for translational applications in clinical settings.
