稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LIN28A is a well-characterized member of the LIN28 family of proteins, which play pivotal roles in regulating developmental and cellular processes, particularly in the context of stem cell biology and differentiation. Initially discovered for its involvement in the regulation of let-7 microRNA biogenesis, LIN28A has gained attention for its role in promoting the pluripotency of stem cells and influencing various cellular pathways, including metabolism and growth. Research has shown that LIN28A expression is elevated in various tumors, suggesting its potential as an oncogene. The study of LIN28A recombinant protein has become crucial for elucidating its mechanisms of action in both normal and pathological states. By producing and analyzing this protein, researchers aim to further understand its interactions with RNA and other cellular partners, contributing to the understanding of its role in cancer progression and potential therapeutic implications. The investigation of LIN28A also opens avenues for developing targeted treatments in regenerative medicine and oncology, highlighting the significance of understanding reprogramming factors in cellular fate determination.
