Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HSPB7, a member of the small heat shock protein family, has garnered attention due to its potential roles in cellular stress response, protein aggregation prevention, and maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Studies have revealed its involvement in various physiological processes, including cardiac protection and muscle function, making it a candidate for exploring therapeutic strategies in cardiomyopathies and other muscle-related diseases. Recent research has shown that HSPB7 expression is upregulated under stress conditions, suggesting its critical function in protective mechanisms against oxidative stress and cellular damage. Additionally, HSPB7 has been implicated in modulating signaling pathways associated with apoptosis and cellular survival, further underscoring its biological significance. The generation of recombinant HSPB7 protein provides a valuable tool for understanding its structure-function relationship, elucidating its molecular mechanisms, and exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in heart failure and muscular disorders. Continued research on HSPB7 may pave the way for novel interventions to enhance cellular resilience and improve outcomes in diseases characterized by protein misfolding and stress responses.
