简介
LY6G6F protein participates in signal transduction pathways involving GRB2 and GRB7. Forming homodimers and interacting with GRB2 and GRB7 in a phosphorylation-dependent manner, LY6G6F likely modulates signal transduction cascades, suggesting its involvement in intricate cellular signaling networks. LY6G6F Protein, Human (HEK293, hFc) is the recombinant human-derived LY6G6F protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LY6G6F is a member of the Ly-6/uPAR family, which is known for its involvement in immune responses and cell signaling. This protein is expressed in various tissues and plays a significant role in modulating immune cell functions, including T cell activation and differentiation. Recent studies have suggested that LY6G6F may be implicated in cancer progression and inflammation, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Recombinant LY6G6F proteins have been developed to investigate their functions more thoroughly and to explore their potential as biomarkers for diseases. Additionally, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of LY6G6F can provide insights into its mechanism of action in immune regulation, thereby aiding in the development of novel strategies for treating immune-related disorders and cancers. As research progresses, recombinant LY6G6F could offer new avenues for precision medicine and targeted therapies.
