稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SHP-2, or Src homology 2 domain-containing protein tyrosine phosphatase, plays a crucial role in various signaling pathways that regulate cell growth, differentiation, and survival. It is a non-receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase that is involved in mediating the effects of several growth factor receptors and cytokine signaling circuits, making it an essential player in hematopoiesis and immune responses. Dysregulation of SHP-2 activity has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where its aberrant function often contributes to tumorigenesis and metastasis. Recent studies have focused on developing recombinant SHP-2 proteins for functional assays and the exploration of its interaction with different signaling molecules. Understanding the structure-function relationship of SHP-2 through recombinant protein studies is vital for elucidating its biological roles and could pave the way for the development of targeted therapies, especially in cancers characterized by its overactivation. Additionally, the manipulation of SHP-2 activity offers potential avenues for therapeutic intervention in various pathologies, underscoring the importance of continued research in this field.
