稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
S100A3 is a member of the S100 family of proteins, known for their role in various intracellular processes, including calcium binding, signal transduction, and regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. Research has shown that S100A3 is involved in multiple pathological conditions, particularly in cancer, where its expression often correlates with tumor progression and metastasis. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a biomarker for specific cancers. Moreover, S100A3 has been implicated in inflammatory responses, suggesting its role in immune system modulation. Due to its significant functions, there is increasing interest in the development of recombinant S100A3 protein for both therapeutic and diagnostic applications. Understanding its structure and interactions can pave the way for novel strategies in cancer treatment and individualized medicine. Therefore, producing recombinant S100A3 protein can help elucidate its biological functions and provide insights into its potential as a target for drug development and as a tool for biomarker discovery. This research is critical for advancing the knowledge of S100 protein implications in health and disease, ultimately offering prospects for innovative therapeutic approaches.
