LRRFIP1 is a transcriptional repressor that preferentially binds to GC-rich sequences (5'-AGCCCCCGGCG-3') and may regulate the expression of TNF, EGFR, and PDGFA. It inhibits PDGFA, which controls smooth muscle cell proliferation after arterial injury. LRRFIP1 Protein, Human (His, Strep) is the recombinant human-derived LRRFIP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-Strep, N-6*His labeled tag.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed.
