Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RFPL3 (Reproductive Factor 3-Like) is a gene that encodes a protein believed to play a significant role in germ cell development and gametogenesis. Research into RFPL3 has gained attention due to its potential implications in fertility and reproductive health. Initial studies identified RFPL3 as a member of the RFPL family, which is characterized by its involvement in the regulation of stem cell maintenance and differentiation. The protein exhibits unique expression patterns during spermatogenesis, suggesting its critical role in male fertility. Alterations or mutations in RFPL3 have been linked to various reproductive disorders, making it a candidate for understanding infertility mechanisms. Additionally, its expression is not limited to reproductive tissues, hinting at broader biological functions. Ongoing investigations are focusing on elucidating the molecular pathways associated with RFPL3, its interactions with other proteins, and its potential involvement in pathological conditions, including cancers. As a result, RFPL3 has emerged as a significant focus in reproductive biology and molecular research, promising insights into therapeutic strategies for infertility and other related conditions.
