Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Nucleobindin-2 (NUBP2) is an important calcium-binding protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including hormone secretion, cellular differentiation, and stress responses. Research on NUBP2 has gained traction due to its involvement in the regulation of gene expression and potential implications in several diseases, including tumors and neurodegenerative disorders. The study of recombined NUBP2 proteins has become essential for understanding the protein's structure-function relationships, signaling pathways, and its interactions with other molecules within the cellular environment. Recombinant NUBP2 proteins can be produced for functional assays, enabling researchers to dissect the protein's biological roles and its mechanisms of action in the pathways it regulates. Advances in recombinant protein technology have allowed for more accessible production and purification of NUBP2, thus facilitating a range of biological studies. Understanding the functions of NUBP2 could provide insights into its physiological relevance and therapeutic potential in disease contexts, making it an attractive target for further investigation. This research could lead to new strategies for drug development or diagnostic applications, highlighting the importance of NUBP2 in health and disease.
