Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HLA-A*02:01/B2M/Survivin (LMLGEFLKL) tetramer recombinant proteins is rooted in the exploration of immune response mechanisms against cancer. Survivin, an inhibitor of apoptosis protein, is overexpressed in various tumors and is associated with tumor growth and resistance to therapy. The HLA-A*02:01 allele is one of the most prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecules, presenting peptide fragments derived from intracellular proteins to CD8+ T cells, crucial for the adaptive immune response. By employing the LMLGEFLKL peptide derived from Survivin in conjunction with the HLA-A*02:01/B2M tetramer, researchers can effectively identify and isolate T cells that specifically recognize survivin-expressing tumor cells. This tetramer technology enhances the understanding of T cell-mediated immune responses and informs vaccine development targeting survivin, providing potential therapeutic strategies to enhance anti-tumor immunity. The combinatorial approach offers significant insights into immune evasion mechanisms used by tumors and paves the way for innovative immunotherapy applications, ultimately aiming to improve clinical outcomes for cancer patients.
