简介
CORS26 Protein is a secreted protein of the C1q/ TNF-associated protein (CTRPs) family. CORS26 Protein involved in the LAMP1-STAT3, SIRT1/NF-魏B/p53, NF-魏B and TGF-尾1/Smad3 pathways play anti-inflammatory effects. CORS26 Protein also inhibited the expression of antimicrobial peptide (CAMP) in adipocytes induced by toll-like receptors (TLR). CORS26 Protein, Mouse (Myc, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CORS26 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His, C-Myc labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CORS26, a protein associated with cellular stress responses and longevity, has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology and aging research. Discovered in various model organisms, including yeast and nematodes, CORS26 appears to play a crucial role in regulating autophagy, a cellular process responsible for degrading and recycling damaged organelles and proteins. Research indicates that CORS26 levels can influence lifespan and stress resistance, suggesting that it may serve as a biomarker for cellular health and aging. Furthermore, preliminary studies suggest that modifications to CORS26 expression could potentially enhance autophagic activity, offering a promising avenue for therapeutic interventions aimed at age-related diseases and metabolic disorders. Ongoing investigations seek to unravel the precise mechanisms by which CORS26 exerts its effects on cellular homeostasis, including its interactions with other key regulatory proteins and its role in signaling pathways. Understanding CORS26's function could provide insights into novel strategies for promoting healthy aging and developing interventions against age-related pathologies.
