Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GSPT1 (G1 to S Phase Transition 1) is a protein associated with various cellular processes, including translation termination and cell cycle regulation. It plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability of mRNA and facilitating its translation by interacting with the ribosome and other cellular factors. Research has shown that GSPT1 is involved in the regulation of gene expression and has implications in cancer biology, as its overexpression is often linked to tumorigenesis and poor prognosis in several cancers. Furthermore, GSPT1 has been identified as a potential target for therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating protein synthesis in cancer cells. The recombinant expression of GSPT1 in various host systems enables a detailed investigation of its biochemical properties and interactions, providing insights into its functional mechanisms and roles in different cellular contexts. Understanding the structure and function of GSPT1 through recombinant protein studies could pave the way for the development of novel anticancer therapies and contribute to our overall understanding of cellular regulation and homeostasis.
