Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The Glycogen Synthase Dimerization Domain Containing Protein (GSDMC) has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular biology and immunology due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including the regulation of apoptosis and inflammation. GSDMC is a member of the gasdermin family, which is known for its role in pyroptosis, a form of programmed cell death associated with the immune response to infection. Recent studies have indicated that GSDMC might play a critical role in tumorigenesis and the progression of certain cancers, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Researchers are increasingly focusing on the characterization of GSDMC's structural and functional properties through the development of recombinant proteins. These recombinant forms facilitate a deeper understanding of the protein's mechanisms of action, interactions with other cellular components, and potential roles in disease models. By exploring the pathways regulated by GSDMC, researchers aim to uncover novel strategies for cancer treatment and improve our understanding of immune responses. The insights gained from GSDMC recombinant protein studies not only contribute to fundamental biology but also may have significant implications for developing targeted therapies and improving patient outcomes in cancer and inflammatory diseases.
