Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD99L2, an immunoglobulin-like cell surface protein, belongs to the CD99 family and is primarily expressed in human tissues, including hematopoietic cells. The research surrounding CD99L2 has gained attention due to its potential roles in modulating immune responses and influencing cellular interactions. Initial studies indicated that CD99L2 may play a part in lymphocyte development and activation, suggesting it could be a critical factor in immune system function. Furthermore, investigations have revealed its involvement in various pathological conditions, such as inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and certain cancers, thereby highlighting its significance in both normal physiology and disease states. The recombinant expression of CD99L2 protein allows for detailed functional analyses, making it a valuable tool for elucidating its biological roles. By producing and characterizing CD99L2 as a recombinant protein, researchers can explore its interactions with other cell surface molecules, signaling pathways, and its impact on cellular behavior. This research could lead to new insights into therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses or targeting CD99L2 in disease treatment. Overall, the study of CD99L2 recombinant protein is poised to provide a deeper understanding of its functional implications in immunology and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various diseases.
