  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

Interleukin-1 receptor-like protein 3 (IL-1R3), also known as interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein (IL-1RAcP), plays a critical role in the signaling pathways of the interleukin-1 (IL-1) family, which are vital for immune responses and inflammation. This protein functions as a co-receptor for IL-1 cytokines, enhancing the biological activities of IL-1 agonists by forming a functional receptor complex, thereby facilitating downstream signaling through the MyD88-dependent pathway. Increased expression of IL-1R3/IL-1RAcP has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases and cancer, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. Understanding the structure and function of this receptor is crucial for developing specific inhibitors that could modulate its activity in inflammatory conditions. Research on IL-1R3/IL-1RAcP recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its role in cellular signaling, characterize its interaction with IL-1 ligands, and explore its potential implications in disease. The production of recombinant IL-1R3/IL-1RAcP facilitates in-depth studies of its functional properties, opening avenues for novel drug development strategies aimed at inflammatory diseases.
