简介
inuB Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived inuB, expressed by E. coli , with His labeled tag. inuB Protein, Human (His) Total length 492 Preliminary acid, Add suffix 5 Preliminary acid (R) Increase positive charge Classification Flag. Due to the quality of the acid, the heavy-duty protein can be used at the end of a positive electric charge, and the electric absorption power of the converter is strong.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on InuB recombinant protein is situated at the intersection of protein engineering and therapeutic applications, particularly within the context of infectious diseases. InuB, a protein derived from a specific pathogen, has garnered attention due to its potential role in immune response modulation. Historically, similar proteins have been exploited for vaccine development and as therapeutic agents due to their ability to elicit robust immune responses. The unique structural features of InuB, which allow for effective antigen presentation, make it a promising candidate for further investigation. Recent advances in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the production of InuB in various expression systems, enhancing yield and purity. This opens new avenues for studying its biochemical properties, interactions with immune cells, and overall functionality in immune modulation. Furthermore, elucidating the mechanisms through which InuB engages with the immune system can provide valuable insights into developing novel vaccines and treatments against specific pathogens. As researchers continue to explore its applications, InuB serves as a focal point for understanding protein-based therapies in the biopharmaceutical landscape.
