稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Latent TGF-beta 1 (Transforming Growth Factor-beta 1) is a crucial cytokine involved in various physiological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and immune regulation. In its latent form, TGF-beta 1 is sequestered in the extracellular matrix, where it remains inactive until specific activation occurs. This regulation is vital since dysregulated TGF-beta signaling has been implicated in a range of pathologies, including fibrosis, cancer, and autoimmune diseases. The study of recombinant latent TGF-beta 1/TGFB1 proteins has gained traction in recent years, as they provide an essential tool for understanding the mechanisms of TGF-beta activation and its downstream effects. Researchers aim to characterize the molecular interactions that stabilize the latent form and the signals that promote its activation. Furthermore, the development of therapeutic strategies targeting TGF-beta pathways could offer potential interventions for diseases characterized by excessive TGF-beta signaling. By better understanding the biology of latent TGF-beta 1, scientists hope to uncover novel insights into its role in health and disease, paving the way for innovative therapeutic approaches.
