稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The L1 (long interspersed nuclear element-1) family of retrotransposons plays a crucial role in mammalian genome evolution and function. These elements, capable of copying themselves and inserting into new genomic locations, account for a significant portion of the human genome. The L1 proteins, L1 and its regulatory variant L1R, are key to the retrotransposition process. Research on L1/L1R recombinant proteins has gained momentum as scientists seek to understand their molecular mechanisms, including their interactions with cellular machinery and their roles in genomic instability, which is linked to various diseases, including cancer. Understanding the structure and function of L1/L1R proteins could provide insights into their contributions to genetic diversity and evolutionary processes, as well as their potential implications in human health. Additionally, these studies may unlock new approaches in gene therapy and genome editing technologies. Overall, investigating L1/L1R recombinant proteins can reveal fundamental biological principles and lead to novel therapeutic avenues.
