稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAD6 (Peptidylarginine deiminase 6) is a member of the peptidylarginine deiminase (PAD) family of enzymes, which catalyze the conversion of arginine residues in proteins to citrulline, a process known as citrullination. This post-translational modification is crucial in various biological processes, including gene regulation, immune response, and tissue remodeling. PAD6 has garnered significant research interest due to its role in both normal and pathological conditions, particularly in the context of reproductive biology and autoimmune diseases. It is primarily expressed in the ovaries and plays a key role in oocyte maturation and pre-implantation embryo development. Abnormal expression or activity of PAD6 has been implicated in several disorders, including endometriosis and infertility. Additionally, its involvement in the modulation of inflammatory responses makes it a potential target for therapeutic intervention in autoimmune conditions. The development and study of recombinant PAD6 protein facilitate a deeper understanding of its structure-function relationship, regulatory mechanisms, and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Advances in recombinant protein technology allow for the production of PAD6 in sufficient quantities for functional and interaction studies, providing insights into its role in health and disease. As research progresses, understanding the precise mechanisms of PAD6 action may contribute to the development of novel strategies for managing related diseases and improving reproductive health outcomes.
