  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ROR2 (Receptor Tyrosine Kinase-like Orphan Receptor 2) and NTRKR2 (Neurotrophic Tyrosine Receptor Kinase 2) are members of the receptor tyrosine kinase family, which play crucial roles in cell signaling and development. ROR2 is involved in key processes such as embryonic development, particularly in limb formation, and has been linked to various diseases, including developmental disorders and cancer. Dysregulation of ROR2 has been implicated in conditions such as Robinow syndrome, characterized by skeletal dysplasia. NTRKR2, on the other hand, is a member of the Trk neurotrophin receptor family and is essential for neuronal survival, differentiation, and synaptic plasticity. Abnormalities in NTRKR2 signaling have been associated with neurodegenerative diseases and are of growing interest in cancer therapy, as its activation can impact tumor growth and response to therapies. The recombinant study of ROR2 and NTRKR2 proteins focuses on understanding their structure-function relationships, signaling mechanisms, and potential as therapeutic targets. Novel insights into these proteins could lead to the development of innovative treatments for diseases related to their dysregulation, highlighting the importance of their functional study in both developmental biology and translational medicine.
